•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: Is it okay for another character to recognize yours as fictional? Yes, though Rassilon is probably obscure enough that your character should have more than just a passing familiarity with DW.
Is it okay for yours to be recognized as an actor? Yep!
Is it okay for your character be informed of future events by canonmates that come from later canon points? Also yes! Though, if it's something big, a warning would be nice.

•AVOIDED TOPICS: There's nothing I avoid as a rule. I'm not too fond of very gory stuff when it's described in detail since it makes me uncomfortable, though.
IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Rassilon is tall, has grey, short hair, a large nose, green eyes with bags under them, thick eyebrows and looks like he's in his mid sixties. He wears robes, usually red with golden patterns, dark shirts with Gallifreyan symbols on them (sometimes also that weird leather thing he wears in his icons, but Omega persuaded him to switch to more normal shirts), and dark pants as well as shoes. He also always wears a necklace with a pendant, a foreign insect made out of a red stone with silver lining.
He smells like honey and his voice is rather deep. He doesn't really have a default tone, but he has something regal about him.
•DEMEANOR: He's often condescending towards people he doesn't know or like, has a short temper and isn't the best when it comes to self control. He's actually rather emotional and doesn't bother hiding it that much, though even if he's really hurt there's a chance he'll wait with the crying until he's alone/with people he trusts.
•ABILITIES: He has retained some of his psychic powers, but only enough to look into someone's mind if they let him in and sense other peoples presence. He's also physically able and stronger than a human.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: He has a deathly allergy to Aspirin and really, really doesn't like being a patient. He can deal with being in the infirmary if he isn't (if he's there to help or visit someone, for example), but he's rather obviously uncomfortable when he's a patient and will insist on Omega treating him.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Talking badly about Gallifrey or Gallifreyans (or implying anything, even if it's just that they're inferior because you're the coolest), saying anything about inmates that he could see as insulting, making unfavourable generalisations about wardens, talking badly about technology (especially if it's coupled with praising what he sees as superstition -- magic, religion), talking about time travel (it's for Time Lords, you're all unable to handle it responsibly and you don't know a thing about it anyway :|).

•VIOLENCE: Sure, though I'd prefer plotting any actual fights out beforehand so no accidental godmodding can happen.
