[Rassilon is sitting in front of his desk, hands neatly folded - mostly to stop them from twitching and betraying his discomfort. He'd even contemplated using the audio function, but if he has to do this, he'll do it right.]
I am sure most, if not all of you, know of the... incident concerning Una Persson and her time travel device. [He takes a deep breath.] I have been asked to confess my role in these events and shall do so.
I... was the one giving Coordinator Narvin the order to steal the machine. I also authorized him to use any means he deemed necessary to do so.
[He swallows.] I acknowledge and... regret causing Ms Persson pain, however, I will not ask for forgiveness, as I don't expect it to be given.
If it is any consolation... I did all this because I hoped it would enable me to help my people. I know my actions were rushed; I understand that I caused unnecessary harm and I regret doing so.
